"For a long time, I have been convinced CoEnzyme Q-10 helps in both, and one way it may help is by inhibiting soluble FLT-1 in both Preeclampsia and PPCM which impacts the angiogenic imbalance and oxidative stress; This builds upon earlier evidence that CoQ10 helps with recovery in dilated cardiomyopathy. However, more important than Q10 are the other heart medications such as BB (beta-blockers), and ACE-Inhibitors and ARB (angiotensin 2 receptor blockers), because they are even better at inhibiting soluble FLT-1. Alternatively, Q10 is a good choice in supplements."
